GPS can provide accurate three-dimensional coordinate and speed for clients. With GIS, vehicles can be tracked, localized. On receiving an order from the system, the mobile in the vehicle will immediately transmits its longitude and latitude to the system. Therefore the vehicle's status and track can be shown on the electronic map. The track can be also stored for future inspecation.

Anti-theft, alarming and recording functions
The system has anti-theft, alarming and recording functions. Once an emergency occurs, the driver can press the alarm button hidden in the vehicle. Even the channel is occupied, this alarm signal can be sent to the dispatching console.

Operation management function
There is a data center for the operator in this system. Through the out put interface or IC card installed in each mobile terminal, information such as mileage, gas consumption and income can be gathered and transmitted to the data center. These will provide company operators an accurate support for them to make any decisions. The system also offers OA and network sharing.
