Smartwin's Media/Data Management Platform – SmartMEDIA
　　is customized business intelligence software designed for media and resource management; system features include remote management of new media. The Platform develop by Delphi software based on Windows and divided into two sections: one for the FTP Server, including Communications (internet/ wireless), Route Driver and connection port (LAN/ Streaming media); the other section is for media companies end, consist of MIS (Management Information System), data management, and media management functions. SmartMEDIA is open standard Web platform with integrated monitoring system, next stage will be preferred access to wireless networks to handle data request.

Manufacturing Capabilities

　 　Smartwin Technology's digital media hardware product (Internet /Wireless Route) come with a LCD screen, range from 6'4”, 7', 8'2, 10'4”, 15' to 17'. In order to stay competitive, we outsourced all of our hardware manufacturing to professional electronics factories in China . By outsourcing we are able to help our customers reduce cost by 15-20%. To ensure customers' satisfaction, we are very stringent in choosing our manufacturing partners.

　　 Our professional manufacturing partner owns two 10T plastic injection-molding machines. We use lead type component instead of surface mount component. During the manufacturing process, we require at least four to five rounds of Quality Control (QC) inspection per output. Our manufacturing partner output capacity can reach 30,000 units per month. After the components have been assembled, we will dispatch our QC engineer to the factory to do full function tests and inspection. Before on-site FQC, the factory will do 48~72 hours aging test. The high temperature and vibration test will be completed at the design stage in Shanghai electronic testing center.
