Smartwin comprehensive management software running the Windows NT platform is the nucleus of the customer's business.It consists of three key modules: Fleet Management (FM), Business Management (MB) and System Management (SM). The FM module is for monitoring and dispatching, which includes functions such as positioning, tracking, alarm monitoring, information/instruction, signaling, and vehicle/information management of drivers. The BM module is the total internal management solution for our customer's business needs; this includes activity/transaction logs, dynamic database/information, statistics & data analysis and internal department-to-department inter-communication. The SM module allows internal management to access internally or remotely to Smartwin's comprehensive management system and make/request actions such as allocation of resources, profiling and customize settings.
