SmartStar I Function
4It is able to receive GPS data periodically.
4It is able to transform the GPS data into appropriate format by micro controller.
4It is able to store the GPS data into the short-term historical records by micro controller.
4It is able to receive commands from the Control Center (CC) through SMS-MT/PP.
4It is able to send GPS data to CC through SMS-MO/PP according to the commands received.

4The data messages sent back to CC may be in alternative forms: one-timestamp GPS data per message or multi-timestamp GPS data per message.
4It has a connector on the device for receiving signals from alarming sensors installed on somewhere in vehicle for detecting malicious accesses.
lWhen alarming signal is received the device sends alert short message to owner or CC immediately through GSM or other communication media.
4It has an emergency button or other means customized in suitable shape and installed somewhere in vehicle for driver's calling when you suffers a dangerous attack.
lWhen driver makes an emergency call a predefined short message is sent to CC immediately.
4If the vehicle goes out of preset range, the device sends a short message to CC immediately.
4The range should be preset by owner and the algorithm be predefined.
4This part is allowed to be activated or deactivated by owner when it is needed.
4The range-out is detected based on GPS data.
4It has ordinary power supply from vehicle.
4It has emergency power supply from backup battery.
4If the vehicle power supply is disconnected, the backup battery switches on automatically.
4If the vehicle power supply is recovered, the backup battery switches off into standby state
